SAM Animal Hospital is a small private small animal clinic located just a 1-minute walk from the South Exit of Tobu Tojo Line Shiki Station (Google Maps). With extensive veterinary experience gained abroad, we strive to provide ideal, English-accessible veterinary care for our international community.
Appointment Policy
To ensure sufficient consultation time, we operate on an appointment-only system.
- Booking: Please call in advance to schedule your visit.
- Arrival: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Emergency Cases: Same-day emergency services are available for existing patients with a hospital ID. Again, please call in advance.
- Referrals/Second Opinions: Please have your primary veterinarian prepare a referral letter and relevant medical records prior to your visit.

He offers comprehensive surgical expertise—including orthopaedic, soft tissue, and neurosurgery—gained through extensive training across New Zealand, the US, and Australia. As the founder of the on-call referral network “PINOCO,” he provides advanced mobile surgical services across the Tokyo area.
